Privacy policy
In short: this website sets no cookies, measures nothing and loads nothing from third-party servers. We only process data where it is technically necessary or where you send us something.
The essentials
- No cookies, no local storage, no analytics, no tracking, no advertising networks, no social media plugins. That is why this website has no cookie banner.
- Loading a page sends no requests to third parties: fonts, images and all other files come from our own server.
- 3D tours are only loaded once you click them. Until then, the provider learns nothing about your visit.
- Personal data only arises in the server log files and when you contact us via the contact form, by email or by phone.

The controller responsible for data processing on this website is:
63Pixel
Owner: Jennifer Nitz

For any question about data protection, or to exercise your rights, an informal message to this address is sufficient.
Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by 1blu GmbH, Riedemannweg 60, 13627 Berlin, Germany. The servers are located in Germany. The host processes the data on our behalf and on our instructions; we have concluded a data processing agreement with it pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. The service is provided exclusively within the European Union or the European Economic Area.
Each time a page is requested, the web server processes technically necessary data:
- IP address of the requesting device
- date and time of the request
- requested URL
- previously visited page (referrer), if your browser transmits it
- browser and operating system (user agent)
- volume of data transferred
A website cannot be delivered without this data; it also serves to detect and fend off malfunctions and attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and stable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not combine the log data with other data and do not evaluate it for marketing purposes. According to the host, full IP addresses are only recorded where this is necessary for the proper operation of the servers; log files containing full IP addresses are rotated automatically, that is, continuously overwritten. Where IP addresses are kept for longer, for example for statistics, the host masks part of the address so that it can no longer be attributed to a specific person.
Cookies, tracking and third-party content
This website uses no cookies and stores nothing else in your browser (no local storage, no session storage). There is no audience measurement, no tracking, no advertising networks and no social media plugins.
Nothing is loaded from third-party servers when you open a page. The typeface of this website is served from our own server — there is no connection to Google Fonts or to any content delivery network.
No consent is required for this, because nothing happens that would require your consent.
Contact form
When you write to us via the contact form, we process the details you enter there: name, email address and your message, plus — each optional — phone number, type of property and approximate size.
The form is handled by our own script on our server, not by an external form service. The script sends your details as an email to office@63pixel.de and does not store them itself. Your IP address is not included in this email.
We use the details solely to answer your enquiry and to prepare a quote. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry aims at a contract, and otherwise our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We need your name, email address and message in order to reply; the fields marked “(optional)” are voluntary.
We keep enquiries for as long as is necessary to handle them and any follow-up questions. If a contract results, we keep the related correspondence only for the minimum period required by German commercial and tax law (six years for business letters under § 257 HGB and § 147 AO) and delete it afterwards. Enquiries that lead to nothing are deleted once they are dealt with.
Protection against spam
The form works without a captcha and without third-party services. Instead we use two measures:
- an additional field that is invisible to humans (honeypot); if a program fills it in, the message is discarded
- a limit on the number of requests per connection: for this purpose the script stores a salted hash of your IP address together with the time of submission. The IP address cannot be reconstructed from the hash. After ten minutes the entry is no longer taken into account, and it is deleted from the file the next time the form is submitted.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the form from abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Contact by email or phone
If you email or call us, we process the data you share with us in order to deal with your request. Legal bases and retention are the same as for the contact form.
3D tours by Matterport
Many pages show 3D tours. They are hosted by Matterport (Matterport, Inc., Sunnyvale, California, USA — a CoStar Group company).
As long as you do not click anything, you only see a preview image from our own server. In this state there is no connection to Matterport and no data flows there.
Only when you click “Enter the tour” does your browser load the tour from matterport.com. Matterport then receives your IP address and details of your browser and device, and may set its own cookies. The data may be transferred to the USA. For the USA, the European Commission has recognized an adequate level of data protection only for companies certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; beyond that, there is no protection comparable to the EU, in particular against access by public authorities.
By clicking, you consent to the tour being loaded and to this transfer (Art. 6(1)(a), Art. 49(1)(a) GDPR). This is why the note “Loads content from matterport.com only after you click” appears directly on the tour. The consent applies only to the tour you clicked and only until you leave or reload the page — we do not remember it. You withdraw it for the future by reloading or closing the page.
What Matterport does with the data is described in Matterport’s privacy policy. We have no influence on that processing.
Links to other websites
We link to our product sites blurtool.de, exif360.de and freyva.de, to Apple’s App Store and Google Play, and to third-party coverage. These are ordinary links: data only flows once you click a link and open the other website. The privacy policy of the respective provider applies there.
Your rights
You have the following rights towards us regarding your personal data:
- access (Art. 15 GDPR)
- rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
- erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
- restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
- withdrawal of consent with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR)
An informal message to office@63pixel.de is sufficient. We draw your attention to your right to object separately in the next section.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for us is:
Der Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz Niedersachsen
(State Commissioner for Data Protection of Lower Saxony)
Prinzenstraße 5
30159 Hannover
Germany
www.lfd.niedersachsen.de
Right to object under Art. 21 GDPR
You may object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing that we base on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
On this website, that concerns the server log files, answering enquiries that do not aim at a contract, and the spam protection of the contact form. Following an objection, we will no longer process the data concerned unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. An informal message to office@63pixel.de is sufficient to object.
No automated decision-making
We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing, and we do not create profiles.
Changes
If the website changes — for example through new features — we will update this policy. The version published here applies. In case of doubt, the German version is authoritative.
